About
Healthy eating, in African food language.
Millions of African and diaspora families in the UK are managing health conditions with dietary advice that has nothing to do with their food culture. They understand the advice. They just cannot use it.

NutriAfrika translates healthy eating into African food language. Not by taking food away, but by offering better versions of the food people already love.
We exist to close the safety gap around traditional herb, spice and fruit use alongside modern medicine, without replacing medical care and without making claims the evidence cannot support.
Our standard is simple. Would an African woman with no medical background read this and immediately understand what to be careful about and when to speak to someone.
